Weekly photo challenge: Frame

Two photos from the old war album. The captions are as I found them, written by my father. The photographer is unknown: they might be my father’s photos, or they might have been given to him by a mate.

  1. He might have taken the photos or he might not have. The soldiers swapped photos with each other to expand their collections. And yes, I was up early and looking for something quiet to do. Blogging is quiet.
