There are no bookshelves here, but I did find some books in a drawer, from which I chose <em>The Tiger&#8217;s Wife<\/em> by T\u00e9a Obreht after reading the prologue. Unfortunately three days are not enough to read a novel and I&#8217;ll have to put it back in the drawer before I go home. Delicious. What you&#8217;d expect in A Taste of Eden. (I&#8217;m in Eden.)<\/p>\n<p>By the way, the prologue held my attention with its description of a visit to see tigers in a zoo. There was an incident&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>And the opening line?
