Walking beside Lake Burley Griffin this afternoon, around the back of the National Museum, I found these panels of mirrors reflecting, in a warped kind of way, rows of slim young gum trees growing near the water.\u00a0 I was under the trees with a project of photographing details, but what caught my eye was this long image of the very trees I was under:<\/p>\n

What a simple way to adorn an otherwise ugly set of slopey walls:<\/p>\n

The panels create the effect of fun-house mirrors, bending and twisting the straight tree trunks:<\/p>\n
