Leave<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The digger grinned as he heard his name<br \/>\nThey were dishing out the pays,<br \/>\nNext thing, he gave a hearty shout,<br \/>\nHe&#8217;d got leave for seven days.<br \/>\nThat night for him was sleepless,<br \/>\nHe couldn&#8217;t help but think<br \/>\nIf he&#8217;d see the sights of Egypt,<br \/>\nGet in a game or drink.<\/p>\n<p>*****<\/p>\n<p>About the town of Tel Aviv<br \/>\nHe wandered for a while,<br \/>\nLooking for a lair-up pub<br \/>\nWhere he could spend his pile.<br \/>\nHe came across a cabaret<br \/>\nBut &#8217;twas &#8220;For Officers Only&#8221;,<br \/>\nHe felt a little homesick then,<br \/>\nAlmost a little lonely.<\/p>\n<p>A man&#8217;s got a ton of bloody dough<br \/>\nAnd can&#8217;t get a bloody drink.<br \/>\n&#8220;For bloody officers only&#8221;
